Carol J. Engle
MILLERSBURG – Carol J. Engle, 76, died July 17, 2020, at home.
She was born Oct. 13, 1943, in Millersburg, Pa., the daughter of the late Roy R. Snyder and Helen (Wright) Parker.
Carol was the wife of the late Robert E. Engle Sr.
She worked at Seal Glove Factory, was an aide at the former Susquehanna Lutheran Village, Millersburg, and she was the custodian for the Frederick Health Center, Millersburg.
She was a member of Reigle’s Bible Fellowship Church, Millersburg.
She was a member and served as treasurer of the Woodmen of the World.
She loved gardening, cooking, making cards, and her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy L. Kahler and husband Bill of Gratz; son, Robert E. Engle Jr. and his wife Brenda of Beavertown; daughter, Tina L. Rothermel and her husband Mark of Millersburg; daughter, Robin S. Stahl and her husband Scott of Mifflinburg; 10 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brothers Robert Snyder and James Wright.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 24 at Reigle’s Bible Fellowship from 10–11 a.m. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. at the churh with burial to follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to Reigle’s Bible Fellowship, 158 Reigles Church Rd., Millersburg PA 17061.
