DAUPHIN • Betty Irene Keiter, 85, of Dauphin, went to be with the Lord Dec. 21, 2018. Born on April 13, 1933, in Gratz, she was a daughter of the late Lincoln and Ellen (Bohner) Leffler. She was the widow of Donald E. Keiter. Betty was a loving and caring homemaker who always enjoyed being with her large family. She was a member of Clark’s Valley Zion EC Church, Dauphin. Betty is survived by children: Elmer (Treasure) Keiter of Halifax, Deborah (Steve) Wevodau of Dauphin and Sharon (David) Weaver of Dauphin; grandchildren: Jeremy Keiter, Shawna Crone, Kylie Keiter and Matthew Weaver; great-grandchildren: Cassidy, Rebekah, Jacob, Jack, Emma, Damon and Madison; brother, Paul Leffler; sisters: Jean Klinger, Janet Heberling and Bonnie Kuhns; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by infant son, Donald Richard Keiter; brothers, Raymond and Guy Leffler; sisters: Etheleen Burkey, Margaret Holtzman, June Maurer and Carol Weaver. Services were held Dec. 29, 2018, at Clark’s Valley Zion EC Church, 210 McKelvey Rd., Dauphin, PA 17018. Burial followed at Fetterhoff Church Cemetery, Halifax. Arrangements were entrusted to the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home, Harrisburg.
