MILLERSBURG • Barbara “Barb” Reed, age 70, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away Feb. 4, 2020, at Premier at Susquehanna Village. She was born April 29, 1949, in Harrisburg, daughter of the late Robert and Marion Martin. She was the widow of Joseph Reed of Harrisburg. Barb was a graduate of John Harris High School, class of 1967. For many years, she was a waitress at the East Shore Diner in Harrisburg. Her favorite pasttime was playing her handheld Yahtzee game. Barb is survived by her daughter Ginny Winters of Harrisburg; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She also is survived by her companion of 20 years, Barry Fink of Millersburg. She was preceded in death by a daughter Tina Caffas; a sister Helen M. Manning; and brothers Pat, Tom and Mike Martin. There will be a memorial service held Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Millersburg Assembly of God Church, 2261 Shippen Dam Rd., Millersburg, PA 17061.
