ELIZABETHVILLE • Barbara A. Youells, age 71, of Smith Avenue, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021, at the UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. She was born Dec. 27, 1949, in Halifax, daughter of the late Roy Sr. and Betty (Sweigard) Roadcap. Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family and caring for the household, and she loved her pets. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, David A. Youells Sr.; three children, Michelle A. Youells of Elizabethville, David Jr. (Trina) Youells of Harrisburg and Tammy R. (Joe) Guglielmo of Elizabethville; sister, Donna (“Butch” Charles) Shrauder of Millersburg; brother, Roy (Elaine) Roadcap Jr. of North Carolina; grandchildren, David (Keran) Youells III, Chyloh Youells, Dawn Shipley, Connor Shipley, Kyle Keys, Laani Brown; and great-grandchildren, Bailey Garr and Zaya Youells. She was preceded in death by a brother, David Roadcap. A memorial for Barbara will be held at the convenience of the family.
