TOWER CITY • Angel M. Ortiz-Torres, 69, of Greenwood Rd., died Nov. 1 at his home. He was born Jan. 9, 1951, in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, a son of the late Jose and Mariano Torres Onits. While living in Puerto Rico, Angel was employed as a heavy equipment operator. He is survived by his four children, Ricardo Ortiz-Rivera of Tower City; Isaac Ortiz-Rivera of Lebanon; Edna Ortiz-Rivera and Davis Ortiz-Rivera, both of Puerto Rico; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
