HEBE • Allen William Maurer, 70, died Oct. 13 at his home. He was born in Hebe July 30, 1949, a son of the late Amanda and William V. Maurer. He was employed as a carpenter, farmer and butcher. He served in the Army. He was a member of David’s UCC, Hebe, and the Klingerstown Fire Co. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Maurer. He is survived by his son, Dennis Maurer; two daughters, Rita Livesay and Karen Bordner; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m.-noon at Reigle’s Bible Fellowship Church, Millersburg. Funeral Service will be held at noon at the church.
