HALIFAX • James E. “Jim” Weaver, age 73, passed away Oct. 6, 2019, at his home surrounded by family. He was born Aug. 15, 1946, in Halifax, son of the late Clarence Sr. and Mary (Zimmerman) Weaver. He also was preceded in death by his three brothers: Clarence Jr., John and Paul; two sisters, Clara and Mary Ellen; and two children, Jimmy and Colleen. He is survived by sister Jeanne; two grandchildren, Jimmy Ray and Shyann; also nieces, Lisa, Darleen, Peggy, Karon, Lydia, Rhonda, Jessica, Jennifer; and nephews, Billy, Perry, Denny, John Jr., Jason, Justin, Nathan and Paul; girlfriend, Suann. He enjoyed his family, hunting, fishing, boating and camping, etc. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and had worked for the 542 IOE Union. He was a member of the Living Waters House of Prayer Church in Selinsgrove. Memorial services were held at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes Ltd., Millersburg, Oct. 14.
