COMMUNITY POOL OPEN – The Halifax Community Pool will be open for FREE all day following the parade.
2 P.M. – PET CONTEST AND CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT Sixteen teams will compete in the very first Halifax Cornhole Tournament. $20 fee per team. Cash prizes.
3 P.M. – TIME CAPSULE OPENING Community members look back in time during the time capsule ceremony unveiling letters, pictures and other artifacts buried at Halifax’s Bicentennial in 1994.
4 P.M – SQUARE DANCE with Caller Leslie Herb. 5:30 P.M. SOFTBALL GAME Two Co-ed Halifax Softball teams up to bat. Alex Hogsett will sing the National Anthem.
