APOPKA, Fla. • Joseph Mark Bucher 62, of Apopka, Fla., formally from Halifax, Pa., went to be with the lord April 27, 2019. He was born Aug. 1, 1956, in Harrisburg, Pa. Husband to his loving wife Wendy Bucher for 27 years. He is survived by his only daughter Amanda Trubiani and her husband Tim Trubiani Jr.; his two grandchildren Devin Dean and Emilee Trubiani, all from Apopka, Fla.; brother David Bucher (Kim) from Halifax, Pa.; sister Davonne Powley (Neal Wilson) from Ohio; nephews Nate Bucher and Tanner Beh; nieces Abiegail Millen (Dan) and Delaney Beh; great-nephew and niece Eli and Lily Miller; sister Teri Postlethwaite (Dennis) and their two children; brother Kenneth Hoy Jr. (Jane) their two children and grandchildren. He also is survived by many cousins and great friends. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Hoy Sr.; mother JoAnn Powley; stepfather David Powley; grandfather Joseph H. Bucher; and grandmother Reno Bucher. He loved his family, his friends, and he was an avid fly fisherman. There wasn’t a time in his life where he wasn’t fly fishing, mushroom hunting or singing or playing his guitars. He was such an amazing teacher of all things fishing and music related. What he enjoyed most was all the time he got to spend with his wife, daughter and his grandchildren. He was a hardworking man and loved his co-workers from Eisenhart Crane of York, Pa. He lived his life to the fullest, and we will all cherish all our memories we shared with him until we meet again. Just remember, goodbyes are not forever, are not the end; it simply means I’ll miss you until we meet again. To honor Joe’s wishes, there will not be a service. All donations per Joe’s request may be made to the SPCA and Vitas Hospice Care.
