Esq. 1-24-12,3t LEGAL NOTICE The Dauphin-Middle Paxton Joint Park Authority held their reorganization meeting on January 23, 2012 at the Dauphin Borough Building at 7:30 p.m. The officers for the year are: Guy Jacobs, Chairman; Jeff Smith, Vice Chairman; Will Drake, Treasurer and John Greider, Secretary. Remaining board members are as follows: Tom Snow, Shirley Kannegieser and Bud Gruber. The regular meetings of the Park Authority are held on the fourth Monday of each month. Meetings are held at the Dauphin Borough Building at 7:30 during January, February, March, April, September and October. Summer meetings are held outdoors at 7:30 at the large pavilion in the Park during May, June, July and August. No meetings are held during November and December except in case of an emergency. Field requests are done through the field coordinator, Will Drake at 921-2816 and pavilion rentals through Shirley Kannegieser at 921-8536. 1-31-11,1t MEETING NOTICE The 2012 regular monthly meeting of the Berrysburg Municipal Authority will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month starting at 6:30 in the Berrysburg Borough Building.
