Halifax Borough Council will hold its September 2016 regular monthly business meeting on Tuesday, September 6th at 7 p.m. due to the Labor Day holiday. The location remains the same – at the Borough Council Chambers.

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Elizabethville, Dauphin County, intends to adopt an Ordinance amending certain sections of Part IV of the Borough’s Code of Ordinances at their regularly scheduled meeting on September 12, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough Building located at 68 S. Moore Street, Elizabethville, Pennsylvania. The Ordinance amends Section 407 (Standing or Parking on Roadway for Loading or Unloading) to remove the word “pedalcycle” and amends Section 411 (Penalties) to change the fine to $25 for a violation of Part IV. A copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Borough offices and a copy is on file with the Upper Dauphin Sentinel.
