2015 MEETINGS NOTICE

The Berrysburg Municipal Authority will hold the 2015 monthly meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month starting at 6:30 in the Berrysburg Borough Building.  

Meeting dates for 2015 are as follows:   January 28th, February 25th, March 25th, April 22nd, May 27th, June 24th, July 22nd, August 26th, September 23rd, October 28th, November 25th and December 23rd.   The Re-Organization meeting will be held on January 28th starting at 6:30, followed by the regular scheduled monthly meeting.

Williams Valley School District

Request for Proposals to the Williams Valley School DISTRICT

Request for proposals. The Williams Valley School District is requesting proposals from energy service companies to conduct a detailed energy audit and execute a subsequent guaranteed energy savings contract.

Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Energy Savings Project” and will not be accepted after 3:00 pm, January 5, 2015. for Water Distribution System Improvements

Sealed bids will be received by the Millersburg Area Authority at the Municipal Building, 101 West Street, Millersburg PA until 8:00 pm prevailing time on February 2, 2015 for furnishing labor, equipment and materials for the replacement of approximately 1,880 lineal feet of water main and 26 water service lines.

The Contractor will be required to comply with the Prevailing Wage Determination as promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor and Industry in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, and to comply with State Statutes, Rules and Regulations dealing with prevention of environment pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources that affect the project per Act 247 of the General Assembly approved October 26, 1972.

Mifflin Township is soliciting bids for hourly rates for EQUIPMENT RENTAL. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid Proposal for Equipment Rental".  Equipment rental will be on an “as need basis”. Contractor must be able to provide a certificate of insurance showing that all equipment is insured and must have at least $500,000.00 liability coverage.
