The Millersburg Borough Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) will hold an initial organizational meeting on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016 at 7 PM. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers located at 101 West Street in Millersburg. The public is welcome to attend.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Washington Township, Dauphin County will consider for enactment an ordinance proposing amendments to Chapter 22 of Washington Township’s Subdivision/Land Development Ordinance and Chapter 27 of the Zoning Ordinance. Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Elizabethville, Dauphin County, intends to adopt an Ordinance amending certain sections of Part IV of the Borough’s Code of Ordinances at their regularly scheduled meeting on September 12, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough Building located at 68 S. Moore Street, Elizabethville, Pennsylvania. The Ordinance amends Section 407 (Standing or Parking on Roadway for Loading or Unloading) to remove the word “pedalcycle” and amends Section 411 (Penalties) to change the fine to $25 for a violation of Part IV. A copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Borough offices and a copy is on file with the Upper Dauphin Sentinel.
