Proposals for School Photography Services

The Upper Dauphin Area School District invites proposals for School Photography Services.  Proposals will be received until 12:00 PM prevailing time on February 2, 2018 in the Upper Dauphin Area School District Administration Office, 5668 State Route 209, Lykens, PA 17048.  Proposals will be publicly opened and read at that time.  Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Upper Dauphin Area School District and be clearly marked: RFP 1718-01 School Photography.

The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.

SEALED BID NOTICE

Millersburg Borough, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania is currently accepting sealed bids for two Ford Crown Victoria sedans that were formerly used as police cruisers. Both cars will be sold in “as is condition” with no warranties.  The cars will be sold separately. “Lot 1” will be a 2001 Crown Victoria and “Lot 2” will be a 2004 Crown Victoria. Bidders are advised that the vehicles do not run and will need to be towed legally from the site.

Deliver sealed bids to the Millersburg Borough Office, Attn: Chris McGann, 101 West Street, Millersburg, PA 17061. Indicate “Lot 1” or “Lot 2” on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be received by Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018 at 4 p.m. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Millersburg Borough Council that evening. The Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects in any bid, or to hold bids for further review. Winning bidders will have 14 days from date of notification to remove the vehicles from the premises.
