Wayne Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, will receive Bids for the construction of a Municipal Storage Building until 7:15 p.m., Thursday, August 13, 2015, at the Wayne Township Municipal Building, 1652 Powell’s Valley Road, Halifax, PA 17032.
All Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Wayne Township Supervisors on Thursday, August 13, 2015, at 7:30 p.m.
Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specification, may be obtained starting Thursday, July 23, 2015, at the office of the Township Engineer, Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc., 430 East Main Street, Palmyra, PA 17078, (717) 838-1351 and 930 Red Rose Court, Lancaster, PA 17603, (717) 892-7002, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per set, payable to Wayne Township.
A certified check or bank draft payable to Wayne Township or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project; that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, or physical disability.
Wayne Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.

NOTICE is hereby give that on the 22nd day of June, 2015, the above named Plaintiffs filed a Complaint to Quiet Title as above noted against you seeking a Court Order decreeing that he owns the premises below described in fee simple, free and clear of any and all right, title, interest, claim or demand which you may have in and to said premises.
